Aleks Romanenko is a driven, innovative leader with an extensive background in community development, marketing, people & project management, consulting, digital communications and operations. Since joining Digital.ai as Director of Community & Engagement and Head of Community for Agile.ai, Aleks has truly embraced agile ways of working. He currently holds Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications.
Alex Yakyma is the author of “Pursuing Enterprise Outcomes” and “The Rollout”. As a consultant, Alex is helping enterprises succeed with complex challenges. Throughout his career, he operated in multi-cultural, highly distributed environments. Alex has trained a large number of change agents and leaders whose key role is to help their organizations achieve higher effectiveness at pursuing business outcomes.
Tamara (Sulaiman) Runyon is a Scrum trainer and enterprise Agile coach with more than 30 years experience in business management and software development. Prior to establishing APMI in 2014, she worked with both hardware and software teams at Intel Corporation as an enterprise Agile coach. Tamara has worked with several renowned organizations in the Scrum and Agile industry, including CollabNet and Solutions IQ, focusing on training and coaching ScrumMasters, Product Owners, and Scrum teams.As a thought leader, Tamara sat on the Board of Directors of the Agile Alliance from 2008 - 2012 and has held multiple volunteer positions for the Agile Alliance conferences over the years, including Track Chair. She has spoken at the Agile Project Leadership Network and the Northwest Software Quality Conference, as well as being a regular presenter at various Agile conferences since 2006.Tamara has authored and contributed to several industry publications, including being the lead author of the research paper "AgileEVM - Earned Value Management in Scrum Projects”. Her techniques in AgileEVM are now used by major corporations in the defense industry. Tamara is a regular contributor to industry publications such as ProjectManagement.com (formerly Gantthead), The Agile Journal, InfoQ, and Methods&Tools where she publishes her ideas and experiences on Agile project management with Scrum.
Alan W. Brown is Professor in Digital Economy at the University of Exeter Business School where he co-leads the Initiative in Digital Economy at Exeter (INDEX). Alan’s research is focused on agile approaches to business transformation, and the relationship between technology innovation and business innovation in today’s rapidly-evolving digital economy. After receiving a PhD in Computational Science at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Alan spent almost 2 decades in the USA in commercial high-tech companies leading R&D teams, building leading-edge solutions, and driving innovation in software product delivery. He then spent 5 years in Madrid leading enterprise strategy as European CTO for IBM’s Software group. Most recently Alan co-founded the Surrey Centre for the Digital Economy (CoDE) at the University of Surrey where he led research initiatives in 4 EPSRC-funded research projects.
The impact of Alan’s research is seen in his consulting activities where he advises several startups, and works with clients in the public and private sector including the UK National Audit Office, Centrica, SAP, Resonate, McLaren, and several UK Government agencies. He has published 5 books and numerous papers on software engineering, systems design, and digital business transformation. He was also named in the apolitical.co 2018 list of the world’s 100 most influential people in digital government. In March 2019 Alan received a Fellowship from the Alan Turing Institute, the UK national institute for AI and data science.
Keith is highly educated, holding a BS in Business. Keith Buehlman is an Agile Transformation Coach, Business Transformational Leader, and Consultant with over 20 years of Business & IT experience, to include 12 + years of Agile Transformation, Business Digital Transformation, and Innovation experience all the while championing the adoption of agile approaches and methodologies in both national and multinational organizations. Keith has a track record of success diagnosing issues and prescribing transformation strategies in both Agile Transformation and Innovation Spaces to help provide Agility to those organizations. Keith has been highly successful at every phase of Digital Transformation and has implemented strategies across the multiple teams he has coached at organizations, including the following companies I have worked with

Who is Keith?
Beginning his career as Communications Specialist in the United States Army, he worked his way through developer positions before moving into Information Technology (IT), Business Analysis and then Program Management and Director roles, where he used his business aptitude to improve and drive organization delivery and save organizations money. Keith has developed a passion for New Product Development and Innovation over the years and has built multiple strategies and teams including Innovation Incubators and Center of Excellences within those organizations to deliver value. Examples of these strategies include Dual Operating Models (Zone to Win), New Business Model Innovation (Lean Product Life Cycle), and Network capabilities based on Kotter’s Change Management Teachings.
Philosophically, he meets the organization where it is and works to develop transformation roadmaps and strategies that pragmatically improves agility, business agility, innovation, product development to impact the organizational agility of the organization based on the change tolerance of the organization. He has experience in developing and delivering training and workshops on agile concepts, approaches, and methodologies.
Richard has more than 30 years’ experience in software and systems development, in roles ranging from developer to executive, and has been leading large-scale Agile transformations for well over 15 years. He is an Amazon best-selling author of the SAFe Distilled Book series. Prior to joining Digital.ai Richard worked on advancing SAFe’s Lean-Agile methods as a SAFe Fellow and Methodologist. As a principal consultant, he is passionate about helping organizations create a better environment for delivering value, improving quality and flow, and being more engaging and fun. He was also the Chief Agile Methodologist for IBM prior to joining Scaled Agile.
